Data Recovery Project (DRP) is a Washington, DC-based electronic band created by C.P. Kush who frequently collaborates with Daniel Warren Hill.

DRP marries retro Hi-NRG dance beats, with contemporary observations and reflections, filtered through a mischievous irreverence.  They are known for assembling unique electronic instruments and effects as part of their live shows.

Tracks from DRP's releases (EP01 & EP02) have been remixed by by DJ's such as Nate Lanzino and Lane Young.  EP02 and the forthcoming EP03 were produced by indie production maven, Steve Wright.

To date, Data Recovery Project has performed in major U.S. cities including Boston, New York, Key West  and and in London, England.

Festivals have included the Fort Reno Summer Concert Series in Washington, DC., and the Capitol Pride Celebration in Washington, DC.
